Section 36 h in conjunction with section 36 g (1) sentence 2

According to EEG 2017, once the quality factor has been calculated, the expert opinion must comply with the generally recognised rules of technology. It is assumed that the generally recognised rules of technology have been complied with if the FGW Technical Guidelines have been observed and the expert opinion has been prepared by an institution accredited for the application of the guidelines.

Copies of the following documents must be submitted to FGW by the wind consultant:

• Accreditation certificate (according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025)
• Annex to the accreditation certificate
  (Testing in the area of “Determination of wind potential and energy yield” in conjunction with the Technical Guideline for Wind Turbines, Part 6 “Determination of wind potential and energy yield”)

Note:

If the accreditation is updated, the new certificate must be submitted to the FGW.
Fee for publication: 200 euros per year plus VAT (FGW members free of charge). Payable within 14 days of invoice date.
