Registration for the next FGW TR 10 round robin test (RV-2025 PART I) is now open!

For the approval of companies for the “Determination of site quality after commissioning” according to FGW TR 10, round robin tests are carried out regularly. The 2025 round robin test is divided into two parts, both of which must be successfully passed in order to fulfill the requirements of TR10 for the first time or to confirm them. The first part is carried out for the first time. In this part, revision 3 of TR10 including pre-filtering according to chapter 4.1.1 (see here) is applied to the modified data set of RV-1 with adapted task definition. Two processing times are planned for Part I. After the first processing period, a sample solution is derived from the submitted results and made available in excerpts for the second processing period.

Part II is the repetition of round robin test RV-2 and is not required for all companies that have already successfully completed it in 2023. Repeaters and newcomers will complete both parts of the EQA scheme in 2025. Part II will be carried out after completion of Part I.

In order to fulfil the requirements for accreditation as a TG 10 test laboratory, the interlaboratory tests RV-1 and RV-2 must have been passed.

Technical Committee Noise – Topic: Revision 19 of TG 1

In spring 2021, the Technical Committee Noise conducted a round robin test for revision 19 of TG 1.

The quality of the standard was reviewed on the basis of the evaluation and discussion of the results. Furthermore, the results can serve as proof of the qualification of the participating test laboratories.

The round robin test carried out by the FGW for revision 19 of TG 1 ‘Determination of noise emission values’ was successfully completed and the final report published.

Technical Committee Electrical Characteristics – Topic: Revision 24/25 of TG 3

Description:

The round robin test serves to check the reproducibility of measurements and evaluations of the electrical properties of a PGU in accordance with FGW TG 3 Revision 24. Synchronous measurement data over the entire power range of the PGU, which were recorded by all participating test laboratories during a joint test bench measurement on 16-17 May 2018, serve as the basis. The following points are tested:

• Flicker
• Harmonics
• Switching operations
• Imbalance

The quality of the Technical Guideline is to be reviewed on the basis of the evaluation and discussion of the results. Furthermore, the results can serve as proof of the qualification of the participating test laboratories.

Description:

The meeting of the measuring institutes of the TC EC (Technical Committee for Electrical Characteristics) of the FGW has carried out a round robin test. This includes the evaluation of reactive power data in accordance with the directive:
