15 Oct FGW e.V. publishes Supplement 1 to TG 3 Revision 26 and Supplement 3 to TG 8 Revision
Berlin, 15.10.2024 – FGW e.V.: The Technical Committee for Electrical Characteristics (TCEC) decides to publish Supplement 1 to TR 3 Revision 26 and Supplement 3 to TR 8 Revision for the implementation of the VDE FNN FAQ on prioritisation of the active power specification
Supplement 1 to FGW TG 3 Rev. 26 shows the test procedure for prioritising the active power in the event of an underfrequency event with simultaneous specification by third parties (e.g. a direct marketer) or by the grid security management (NSM) of the grid operator. This is a purely functional test that does not involve determining dynamic parameters and control accuracy. In addition, corrections to FGW TG 3 Rev. 26 are listed in Chapter 3.
Supplement 3 supplements FGW TG 8 Rev. 9 with proof of the correct prioritisation of the active power increase in the event of an underfrequency event with simultaneous specification by third parties (e.g. active power setpoint by a direct marketer) or by the grid operator’s grid security management (active power limitation) in accordance with the specification of the VDE FNN of 04.09.2024 [https://www .vde.com/de/fnn/themen/tar/tar-mittelspannung-vde-ar-n-4110].
