The FGW Technical Guidelines (since 1998) can be ordered here.

The development of these Technical Guidelines for wind energy plants began in 1992 with the objective of presenting measuring methods allowing determination of reliable and comparable data for wind energy plants based on state-of-the-art technology. The following guidelines are currently available to order in English.
